EOIR Technologies, Inc As a Prime contractor, EOIR Technologies has a demonstrated and proven history of successful Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Omnibus Contract, as well as other contract vehicle, management for the Department of Defense in Research, Development, and Engineering. EOIR is experienced in providing quality technical support services to several different branches of the DoD, including the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps and the US Coast Guard.
