Our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Operators operate at locations around the world and embed within units to provide full force protection, data collection, property management, maintenance, transportation, and general engineering support throughout the life cycle of the systems supported. We provide the full gamut of logistics support and assist in all aspects of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating the application of resources to ensure the effective and economical support of forces worldwide.

Worldwide Support

    • Field and operational data collection activities
    • Operation and integration of C4ISR systems in a tactical environment
    • Worldwide support of C5ISR systems, biometrics, and system engineering functions
    • Immediate support to surge or quick reaction staffing requirements
    • Technical writing and documentation
    • Material management
    • Manpower Personnel Integration (MANPRINT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI)
    • Supply logistics, including property accountability, shipping and receiving, warehousing, inventory management, material tracking, and total package fielding
We support worldwide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, biometrics, and system engineering functions. Many of our Field Support Representatives (FSRs) and Operators have prior military experience, and all are highly trained and proficient in providing full maintenance support to multiple systems.

Lifecycle Support

    • Installation, operation, and training on assigned systems
    • System feasibility, functionality, and capability studies and advice
    • Coordination and integration of C4ISR data into the tactical environment
    • Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on systems and components
    • Systems troubleshooting to isolate faults and perform repairs accordingly, including coordinating higher level repairs with supporting maintenance units as required
    • Site surveys
    • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support, including preventative/predictive maintenance
    • 24-hour help desk manning and support
    • Property accountability and control of Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP) and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)
    • Supply coordination and support
    • Field testing and systems development in an operational environment
    • Integration into a tactical environment; operating from Hub as well as embedded with units
    • Deployment planning, execution, and personnel support
