Mr. Cannito, President/CEO, has more than 20 years of operational experience in defense and technology. He is responsible for leading all aspects of EOIR’s operations, including the identification, acquisition, and integration of strategic assets. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Cannito was the COO and Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Development Officer. In this position he was responsible for all strategic growth initiatives, including business development and acquisitions. He has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Delaware. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mr. Crane, CFO, has more than 19 years of business, finance, program management, and systems development experience supporting military and intelligence programs and clients. He is responsible for all aspects of EOIR’s support operations, including finance, accounting, contracts, human resources and recruiting, program control, and security. Mr. Crane has a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems Technologies and is a member of The Armed Forces Communications, and Electronics Association (AFCEA).

Mr. Lorenzo, Executive Vice President of Intelligence & Combat Information, has more than 20 years of engineering and program management experience. He leads a staff of over 200 who provide systems engineering, software development, design, and testing efforts in support of R&D and fielded C4ISR and intelligence systems. As the Program Manager for the Video Processing and Exploitation (VPEF) and ISR Surge software development efforts in support of the Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A) program, he ensures timely deliveries of software products. He manages cost, schedule, and performance for numerous C4ISR programs totaling over $20 million. Mr. Lorenzo also provides system engineering and architecture support to a number of ISR efforts. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ms. Deterline, Executive Vice President of Specialty Engineering, Prototyping & Intelligence (SEPI) has 25 years of experience supporting the DoD. She leads a talented and creative staff of over 150 employees who provide engineering, scientific, software development, prototyping, and testing support to a variety of research and development and intelligence community customers. The SEPI business unit applies its experienced staff to solve challenging Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and operational problems with a focus on EO/IR technologies, hardware/software design and development, remote sensing, intelligence collection and analysis, specialized training, electronic warfare, and directed energy technologies. Ms. Deterline has oversight responsibilities for cost, schedule, and performance of SEPI’s large portfolio of programs. She led EOIR’s first Independent Research and Development (IR&D) group and currently provides prototyping and analytical support to various engineering programs. Ms. Deterline has a Master’s degree in Information Systems.

Mr. Finney, Senior Vice President of the Strategic Initiative Office, has more than 17 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), including program management and software development/delivery with a focus in systems engineering and large-scale integration efforts. He is responsible for customer facing new business development activities across the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC), including opportunity identification, teaming strategies, win strategy development, capture and proposal activities, and costing strategies. Mr. Finney has a Master's degree in Information Systems and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).

Ms. Moulton, Senior Vice President of Operations & Compliance, has more than 25 years of experience, including 19 of those years with EOIR. She supports various aspects of corporate operations, including human resources/recruiting, security, facilities, and compliance. Ms. Moulton leads EOIR’s compliance programs, reviews benefits and insurance programs, serves as the Corporate Facility Security Officer, and has managed a number of high value proposal efforts resulting in contract awards ranging from $3M up to $1.78B. In 2016, EOIR Technologies was awarded the James C. Cogswell Award from the Defense Security Service under Ms. Moulton’s leadership as the Corporate Facility Security Officer. Since 2010 she has served as the Chairman of the Quantico Area Industrial Security Council (QAISC) and serves as a member of the Joint Industrial Security Awareness Council (ISAC) and the Dahlgren Area Security Professionals (DASPRO). Ms. Moulton has a Bachelor’s degree.

Mr. Manley, Senior Vice President of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate has more than 40 years of experience supporting the full lifecycle development and sustainment of diverse technologies that include aircraft avionics systems, target designators (infrared, lasers, radar, etc.), C4ISR, and intelligence systems. His experience includes 22 years in the U.S. Air Force. He currently manages a portfolio that includes worldwide sustainment efforts, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and various engineering efforts. Mr. Manley oversaw the deployed Terrestrial Layer Full Motion Video (FMV) team that performed the on-time installation of over 400 Microwave Line of Site locations as part of the initial capability deployment. He also supported deployment of Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) for Homeland Defense used by Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD at the direction of the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC). Mr. Manley has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Ms. Hines, Director of Human Resources & Recruiting, has more than 18 years of Human Resources (HR) and recruiting experience. She manages all functional areas of HR and recruiting. Ms. Hines has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional.
