EOIR Technologies, Inc. provides onsite and offsite engineering, intelligence analysis, and signatures collection support to the NGIC's Signatures Division within its Collection and Exploitation Directorate. EOIR has held the prime contract since 2002, supplying NGIC with collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) of measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) products in support of the Warfighter, Force and Matériel Developers, the Intelligence Community, and others.
EOIR provides electro-optical (EO), imaging infrared (IR), overhead persistent infrared (OPIR), acoustic, seismic, magnetic, and infrasonic intelligence analysis support for the exploitation of foreign ground systems, including threat vehicles, installations, rotary wing aircraft, artillery rockets, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), small arms, and other munitions. EOIR performs multi-disiplinary intelligence assessments, signature analysis, data processing, sensor integration, mission planning, field collection, software development, prototype design/fabrication, and general engineering support to NGIC. Additionally, EOIR generates foreign system Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models and uses computational methods and predictive codes to calculate threat signatures for subsequent analysis and dissemination of scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) products.
