Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) – NGIC

EOIR has provided continuous on-site and off-site engineering, intelligence analysis, and signatures collection support as a prime contractor since 2002, supplying the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) with Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (CPED) of Measurement and Signal Intelligence (MASINT) products in support of the Warfighter, Force and Matériel Developers, the Intelligence Community, and others. As part of this effort, we provide Electro-Optical (EO), Imaging Infrared (IR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), acoustic, seismic, magnetic, and infrasonic intelligence analysis support for the exploitation of foreign ground systems, including threat vehicles, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, rocket launchers, light trucks, installations, rotary wing aircraft, and munitions. We perform multi-disciplinary intelligence assessments, signature analysis, data processing, sensor integration, mission planning, field collection, software development, prototype design/fabrication, and general engineering support. We also generate foreign system Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models and use computational methods and predictive codes to calculate threat signatures for subsequent analysis and dissemination of Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) products.
